Delivery
[PLACEHOLDER PAGE — every figure below must be replaced with your supplier's real dispatch times and your own shipping rates before launch. Do not publish this as-is.]
How we fulfil orders
We are an online supplier and we do not operate a warehouse. Orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier, which is how we keep prices down. In practice that means your pump ships from the supplier to you, rather than being handled twice.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland.
[Confirm whether you ship to Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK, and add or remove this line accordingly. Note that post-Brexit shipments to Great Britain may involve customs formalities.]
What delivery costs
Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you have ordered, and is shown to you in full before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.
[ADD: your actual rates, any free-delivery threshold, and any surcharge for offshore or remote addresses. Heavy items such as pump sets and pressure vessels often carry a different rate to small parts — set these up under Settings → Shipping and delivery.]
How long it takes
[ADD: your supplier's real dispatch window and the carrier's transit time. Do not quote a lead time you have not confirmed in writing with the supplier. Under Irish and EU consumer law, if you don't specify a delivery time you are required to deliver without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.]
Large items
Pump sets, pressure vessels and tanks are bulky and heavy, and may ship on a pallet. [ADD: whether delivery is kerbside or to a room of choice, whether the driver will help unload, and whether someone must be present to sign.]
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive when expected, contact us through the contact page and we will sort it out. Please keep the packaging if an item is damaged — carriers usually require photographs before they will process a claim.
