SteadyPress 100L Pressure Vessel & Pump Set

A complete, pre-commissioned package: pump, 100 litre pressure vessel, pressure switch, gauge and manifold, supplied as one unit. The vessel gives the pump a proper run each time it starts, instead of firing up every time a valve cracks open.

Why a vessel matters

Short-cycling is the fastest way to kill a pump motor. If your demand switches on and off — taps, small zones, livestock drinkers — a pressure vessel is not an accessory, it is the thing that makes the installation last. Without one, the pump restarts on every small draw-off.

Maintenance note

Check the vessel air pre-charge once a year with a tyre gauge — it should read about 0.2 bar below the pump cut-in pressure. A lost pre-charge is the most common cause of short-cycling, and the easiest to fix.
